Launching and Pivoting Multiple Brands

We know that hindsight is 20/20. But when you need those insights now, it's no wonder that we look outside of our businesses and past experiences for teachers and new lessons.
During this fifth season of the Retail Charm School show, I've come to learn a lot about you:
  • You're a createive entrepreneur that likes to learn from other creative entrepreneurs.
  • You identify as shy, introverted, or socially anxious more frequently than not.
  • You've found a voice and an ear to listen with on social media.
  • You have a small business and mighty platform to work with.
When I was thinking about how to contextualize this season of interviews, I wanted to do two things:
  1. Create a field guide to highlight lessons I've learned from the guests on the show
  2. Interview a fellow Merchant who has incorporated many of these lessons into their business over and over again
